Macan S Diesel delivery time

hi All

i am thinking about ordering a new Macan Diesel having read some great reviews to go alongside the 991 GTS as a daily driver in time for winter next year.

Have you guys any ea of the potential delivery time for a macan s so I can get one delivered in time for say September or October this year.

thanks guys and any views on the macan also appreciated

Thanks for the reply. Told by dealer it will be three to four months which I think sounds a bit optimistic.

good to hear you like the Macan SD, what mpg are you getting as playing with the configurator was getting close to the Macan GTS price, albeit conscious of higher tax and lower mpg.

you will love the 991.2 GTS, my 991.1 GTShas been brilliant.

I average, and I mean per tank, around 35mpg and the car is often driven 'spiritedly'! I've had the car 17 months and nearly swopped it in for a Macan GTS around a year ago as the dealer offered me almost my money back. I came to my senses and kept the car and am glad I did. Still love driving it. Its done just over 20k miles.
And great to hear your recommendation for the GTS. I'm really excited and have found it difficult to stay away from the configurator! The car will now be built early May.
 
i have a days test drive booked in the macan s Diesel next Saturday which I'm looking forward to. My only reservation on a new one is the new car tax costs which look an absolute rip off with the Diesel costing almost£2000 in car tax over 3 years from the current £500.
 
I was with Porsche Reading last week for my Macan's PCM update and a mate came in at same time to order a Macan S Petrol. He was also told 3 months delivery.....it seems to have come down a lot from the old days.
