M.96 3.4 Head Stud Torques

Hi
I am after cylinder head stud torques and sequence for a 3.4.

Before I get to that stage I am also after advice on sequence to remove bolts for cam housing and head - I assume reverse order?

Information on the forums seems scant and the only one response is so cryptic it makes no sense. A diagram of head and procedure would be helpful - Richard?
