Thanks Helen,

I have emailed the George Hotel booking at present a table for 20 covers. This will probably alter nearer the time. As soon as they send me the current menu options I will email the doc to you for forwarding on to those attending.

I shall also telephone the manager Chris Pitman, personally.

Should be a really good event.

Hi

Can you put us down - Pete and Lin Burrows - I think we can make the 6 miles across the county line for this [:)]

Being as we ae leaving from the midlands for this, are we going together as a convoy via some varied and exciting roads or are we just meeting for lunch and a bit of window shopping ???

Easier for my choice of car....[8|]

appart from the menu for the George which Robins will despatch asap i don't have anything to add to the info in my first post [:-]. maybe Robin Hainsworth would be good anough to help me out here ?

Hi all,

Region 4 look like having 9 attending the meal. It looks like the numbers might be around 30 +
Should be a good do.

The George have yet to reply to my email, confirming the date. Bear with me. Once confirmed I shall send the menu via email to Helen.

The George like to have our preferences beforehand. Once we have all replies I or Helen shall forward the menu preferences back to the George.

The general theme for the day is to arrive around 10 to 10.30am and spend a couple of hours browsing in Stamford, returning to the Hotel at 12.30 for lunch.

A super tour of the area is the circumnavigation of Rutland water along the roads closest to the reservoir. Stunning scenery.

Robin Tells me a table has been booked for 40,(there is room for more to join us provided you let us know in advance) and Chris Pitman (manager) is allowing us to fill the front coutyard with Porsches (should fit about 15 cars)as an extra to the usual parking at the rear. this should make for an excellent photo oppertunity as three PCGB regions are now involved in this event. Region 8 east mids, Region 4 Lincs, Region 24 Beds. this is what PCGB membership is all about. [:)]

should have the menu choices shortly and will be sending them out. we do need your food choices in advannce please.
