Low entry car jack?

Not strictly 964 related, but it seems the only thing that fits for jacking up my 964 is the supplied scissor jack. I have an uprated suspension set up with a ride height less than 100mm at the front jacking point and 120mm at the rear. Standard trolley jacks start at a lift height of 135mm. The only jacks that can be used are the expensive low entry jacks that have a roller at the front (instead of wheel) or are of the motor sport type (again v expensive).

Anyone know where a 2nd-hand or cheap low-entry jack can be found?

I use an Arcan 3-tonne low entry jack which was bought from Costco for about £80 around 4 years ago. Have used it many times on all of our cars and it's still going strong.

Another popular jack which is easier to move about than the 3-tonne version (which is bloody heavy) is the one from Machine Mart. Has a minimum pad height of 79mm so should fit under your car okay.

I use an ordinary trolley jack and simply run the car in reverse up a ramp compromising a two feet of 2x2 and a 24x18 piece of 25mm ply - works a treat and the jack goes straight under.
 
[FONT=verdana,geneva"]Thanks guys for all the speedy responses. Glad to hear I'm not alone. All good jacks I see and RichardLW's solution is certainly the cheapest! Wondering if I reverse up any ramps at the rear my low front end is going to dive into the garage floor.
