Looks like a really nice car with an interesting history. The estimate looks a decent one... Surely of interest to someone. It is maybe 2/3 of the way down the list.

It might be all sorts of things, it's impossible to know from that listing. All we know is very little. No mention of what if any serious refurb work has been done ('full Porsche service history' need not include an awful lot of the the jobs that we know need doing with the considerable age of the cars) and the pics are all tiny and give no insight into the corrosion situation.

Still, you can't expect the average auction listing to go into all of that. I'll be there on the day so will look out for it. Anglia are usually pretty good with their classic price estimates and if they think it will fetch that, a fairly strong price for a cooking 2.5 Lux, it is probably at least decent on the surface.

And the 914 Register guys are a right hoot. If ever there was a Register to be a member of (other than 944) 914 has to be it. And, if you can get a good one, a 914/6 is a very serious bit of car.
