Hi all,
Hope everyone is keeping well and that Geoff is looking after you all.
Lots to report in my life, but the main reason for the post is to say its looking likely I'll be selling the old girl!
Most of you will know the car, but for those who don't she's a 1989 model in GP white with a can can red interior and black hood.
The car is genuinely immaculate with zero rust and only has 19500 miles on the clock. I haven't used her properly for a while but she has been very well cared for, started regularly and kept on a battery conditioner in a dry garage.
As far as I know its the most highly specified Speedster there is with almost every option box ticked. The first owner was the Patrick Collection who were a museum in the Midlands. I am the fourth owner and have had it since 2001.
Its been featured in books, magazines and documented during my time as the register secretary.
I would have to insist that the if the new owner were to sell the car, then I am given first refusal to buy her back.
I've had a look around to see what she is worth and I'm amazed that there seem to be none at all for sale. Can anyone give me an indication of what I should be asking?
By the way, we steal any car offered me £2950! [&:]
