Locked out! Panic!

Update:

Herne Bay Locks came out and got into the car in about 5-10 minutes! Sorted.

I also got them to cut another blade for the door, so now I have two working ignition keys and two door keys.

My thanks to Andy Fagan for the recommendation.

The remote looks fine on the spare ignition key that was locked inside the car with the door blade, but the red light doesn’t flash when the buttons are pressed. Is this simply a case of a new battery or would I have to get it coded too? Goodness knows how long it’s been out of action.
Result!

5 - 10 minutes?? Did he stop for a cup of tea?? :ROFLMAO:

With the remotes most of the time it's solder deterioration. If you know someone good at soldering then ask them to de-solder the battery carrier and re-flow all the SMD's on the circuit board. Refit the carrier and hey presto!!
