LM Classic last call

A couple of people on here registerd their interest with First Tickets to go to the Classic LM in July with our group, we will be camping in Karting Nord with the DDK group.
Ben Burt (DevineE) and Edward Mortimer registered, do you still want to travel and camp with us PM me ?
Any others interested itinery as follows:
Set off from oop north wednesday 4th July 4/5pm cheap overnight in a premier lodge or similar south of B' Ham, off in the morning to Dover and a mid day ferry, then head off to LM with an overnight again depending on progress [:D]
Anyone else interested PM me as we will be booking ferries and overnight in the UK very shortly.

Spoke to Al about this the other day. Would like to go.............however.............new baby will be about 6 weeks old and 4th July is Mrs birthday. Those are two stumbling blocks.

Just need to call 1st Tickets again to finalise my plans. Will be going on a Portsmouth ferry to Cherbourg or Caen. Hopefully catch up with you guys at the camp site

Honest peeps note the smiley, this is what Tony looked like one Sunday morning after a bit of a heavy session at a PCGB event many years ago, mind you i had to be put to bed and never managed an 8 am start for gate duties, woke up half in and half out of my tent, it was like something from Glastonbury................disgraceful [:)]
 
Probably travel Thursday pm or overnight. Thats why I need to speak to 1st to finalise options. Will take me 3hrs to Portsmouth and 5ish to Ashford/Dover if I tried to meet up with you guys. Could try to meet at your stop off on the French side subject to location. I'll cal 1st tomorrow and let you know when I finalise the plans

I fell backwards through Al's gazebo that night, my 220 turbo is Al's old car, i also went to Germany for a week in it with him, ended up buying it !

Yes I remembered about the Gzzebo but politely didn't mention it ;) my car alarm started beeping the rain was triggering the proximity sensor and I couldn't find the keys in the tent so I was running around in my boxers trying to find them in the car doors so I could shut it up - they were in the tent (bare feet in a field full of cow shit and thistles - at least the grass was wet enough to clean them!).

I also remember the showers were the coldest I have ever felt with no water heating - it shocked the colour back into me!

Al plumbed the beer pumps back in on the Warsteiner bar after it was officialy "closed" it was then on "free vend" [:D]
