Hi, I have a 2018 Cayenne S and the "Low battery seek assistance" alarm has come on.
Has anyone on the forum had this and if so how did they rectify the issue.

Regards

If you have a battery charger/maintainer specifically for lithium batteries then it may be worth attaching it and let it run a full charge cycle.

Agree with Dan.
There are extra loadings on batteries at this time of year with lights, demisters, PCM, aircon, wipers etc. and if you' have only done relatively short journeys over the festive period, the charging system may have been unable to cope.
One word of warning, don't let the battery discharge any further as once the voltage drops, the battery will shut down completely and cannot be charged without "reawakening" it with a boost.
If you are still having problems, it'll be time for a workshop electrical check.
Regards,

Clive
