Mine will not work
It has been into the garage and after a couple of hours work they could not
find out what was wrong with them.
Is there something so special about them that they cannot be checked piece by piece
to find the problem .It is becoming a nuisance adjusting them manually
and i am going to bust a glass before long. Not to mention that it could be dangerous
i cannot believe they are so high tec that parts cannot be tested ?
Anyone had experience of this

The door mirrors have a control unit in each door, the master sited in the drivers door. This unit had failed in my car and was replaced and reprogrammed, all now working OK. Cost of control unit is 165 pounds then add labour. I used PC Bournemouth and labour was 350 pounds. Beware that the software for these units is not backwards compatible depending on the age of car. My 2004 had to have a download direct from germany !!
Hope this helps

Thanks everthing stopped working from drivers door and the indoor stuff was replaced and
Everything works apart from the mirrors. Is it possible they were not programmed ?
OPC had a 2 hour look and said had no idea what was wrong and it could cost hundreds to
Find out ?

If all the mechanical bits work, i.e. both folding and the heaters work, I would suspect the software. It took my PC 10 days to fix the fault because of the software anomalies. Sorry cannot help any further than this. Good luck.

none of the bits on the mirrors work including heaters .
When i refer to nstuff copntroplled from door i mean
The windows ,door locking, petrol cap release , all now work from drivers door
But mirrors do not work atall

if all else is working then it must be the mirror control unit. The part number is P955.624.701.03 - Control Unit PO.
In order to confirm the faulty unit the PC swapped the mirror motors and the door control switch with known good items. It seems a very straight forward method of fault location.
Hope this helps
