Hi I hope someone can point me in the right direction. The car is a 2007 Cayenne Turbo. On a number of ocasions the gear change between 4th and 5th seems to be jumping. I have taken it to the local specialist who has run it through the diagonostics which was clear, but the problem is still happening???

Hi Anthony,
i know it sounds stupid, but its something a Porsche specialist told me about when i had a gearbox issue on mine.
he told me to change the ignition coils, everyone ideally. its around £250-300 for all 8, but it can cure the gearbox issues these have from time to time.
i changed all 8 on my 2003 model and it did cure the problem.
they are supposed to be changed about every 30,000 miles, but they rarely get changed, hence they cause a misfire when not working properly.
for sake of few hundred pound its well worth a try.
ask a Porsche specialist about it, sure they will know.
hope the info my help you out.
