New Year Greetings to you all.

We have some events coming up over the next few weeks

17th Monthly meeting
– Garstang GC. At our December meeting members wanted a January meeting and Peter Bull has agreed to organise a quiz.

We want UR SOX.

One of our members, Louise Fowler, is helping the Foxton Centre in Preston which supports homeless people. Louise wants any unwanted socks you have, and no longer want, to be distributed to the homeless as their socks are often stolen. Please bring along any unwanted socks (washed please) to our monthly meetings to pass onto the homeless. Hopefully Louise will come along to our monthly meeting to tell us more about this initiative

21st Feb Monthly Meeting
– Garstang GC. We have bought a number of redundant stock items from the PCGB Club Shop. Judy will be organising one of her Auctions to sell these to members. We also have a number of other items. If you would like to donate any items for the auction please bring them along. This R18 account pays for cakes at our monthly meetings, rally plaques etc. We don’t run our monthly raffle now as members don’t carry cash. Donations will be split between donator and R18 member funds. We already have had donations including a golf bag
23rd-25th Feb R5 Weekend at Portmeirion – Fully Booked

Future events in 2024

We now have a small team who will be organising Drives and Lunches for 2024 being organised by small team. Any help organising other events (Classic Shows, visits, speakers etc.) or suggestions of events, would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you would like to organise, or help to organise.

Geoffrey Stewart is organising a weekend away (WOTY) to the Scottish Borders in May. We may also be meeting up with members from R12 – Norfolk & Suffolk Region - who are having its WOTY in the area.around that time. Geoffrey will talk about this at our monthly meetings

We look forward to meeting you at some of our events. Wives and partners are particularly welcome at our Monthly Meetings
 
The first meeting of 2024 will be a Quiz that is split into 3 sections.

True/False - General Knowledge - Porsche related questions. 50 questions in total.

Sandwiches will be served around 9pm as usual and we look forward to seeing you all there!
