Then keep it, buying and spraying a wing shouldn't cost much more than £150, cost me £100 a wing to have them stripped, fully cleaned off and re-sprayed, if you take the fuel cap in a good sprayer can get it colour matched.
Or are there more reasons you're thinking about selling??

Think that can be said for any of us with a 20 odd year old sports car [

But I would change it, unless I found £2k down the back of the sofa, and even then I just make things more complicated for myself and buy a '44

Stick with it Nouveau! At the beginning my car was an unreliable heap which I couldn't count on to get me home every time, but now I have done 50,000 miles in it and driven it to Italy and back with no worries.
Get the wing done by hook or by crook and drive it and fettle over time until you are happy with it.

I can see both sides of this argument.
Part of me would suggest that Nouveau keep it but then another part of my experience can appreciate the bit about feeling the car doesn't like you.
After my Lux who I loved dearly for 9 years I bought a blue S2 which had had £8k spent on it and was immaculate. Funny thing is as much as I drove it cleaned it and looked at it outside the door ,the car never felt like it was my car ?? is that weird or what!
I was forced to sell it a year later due to breaking my back but within a year I had bought another blue S2 and that car was my baby from day 1 .
I love her and she loves me , we were made for each other .There will never be another like my first love (the Lux) but this one comes close.
Soooooo maybe a change will bring about a new and exciting relationship ![]

I'm keeping it for a little longer...After having a serious Offer on the Car....I took it for a Blast today..and decided to Keep it.....There have Been a few Non Car related Problems Over the 9 mths While I've owned it .....Maybe, I'm transfering those to the Car (I need something to blame!)

You've made the right decision;we've had our 924S since part-exing our previous 924 Lux for it in 1991 when it had 36K miles.It has now got 84K miles and still runs like a dream,sadly we need a new driver's seat,the fabric has worn,otherwise it still seems like new.What else can you buy worth say £2500 that goes so well,handles so impeccably,does 32mpg & has low depreciation?My wife was keen to get the 911 which has just turned 100K,but she would rather I drive the 911 whilst the BMW has been waiting for a rebuilt turbo than the 924 because she is so "fond" of it.Frankly,I can't see us ever getting rid of it.Ours is grey metallic,it's behind the 964 on my avatar & some cretin a week ago keyed across the offside headlamp cover when it was parked in the IOM somewhere.They make you sick!

I know a few people who have, and then just plugged the hole.
Juts an idea but it seems you don't use yours as a daily drive, so why not cut through the seam sealer and unbolt the wing yourself then just take it with the fuel cap cover down to a sprayshop and have them repair it off the car, much easier for them and probably work out a bit cheaper, tub of new seam sealer when you put it back on and you're good to go.
Its the way I did it with my last one, they're just bolted on.
