I've had an idea!!!! Freecycle!!

Ok no problem and good luck to Frank. Be interested to see what he thinks of it and wonder why you are going back to the proper air box! Are you able to tell me where you got the adaptor from?

I'm not sure where it came from Martin, it was fitted to the car when I bought it. I had been told that these engines run quite hot and there was no heatshield, just the cone filter on the end of the AFM, and the cone filter wasn't a great quality one. As Norm still had the airbox (I beleive previous owner to him fitted the filter) I decided to refit it, although I am missing the intake duct so probably still suffering from heat soak. I'd say something like an enclosed airbox with good ducting may be beneficial, but over the years I have tended to stick with OE airbox designs with good quality filters, unless they are a known restriction. But if you want a bit of induction noise then why not!!

Hi all looking for a oil pressure guage out of am oval dash if anyone can help happy tp pay. Mick

looking for the short ABS cable from the engine bay to the strut, possible S2 but the 968 has a different part number so really a 968 one

ORIGINAL: Rich76 Thanks to Greg and Jim for sorting out my missing centre cap prob on another post. I can offer the following for free; The clamps to connect the front mats to the seat runners, brand new from porsche - they dont fit on my 944 for some reason so I just used tie wraps. Some plastic parts from a door handle. Also have a throttle cable for an early 944. And a near side back light for 944 (crack on one section tho). Some Powerflex bushes for a lux ARB (may not be a complete set - will have to check) Anyone interested I can take some pics to confirm. Cheers Rich Nautical Metalic Blue 86' 944
Hi Rich , i am after a throttle cable and bushes. regards paul

Hi Rich , i am after a throttle cable and bushes. regards paul
Hi Paul, That was a post from 2013, and Rich hasn't logged on to the forum for over a year. Don't hold your breath! [&o] A post in the wanted forum, or just on the regular 944 forum, should get more results.

I have 4x 225x50-16 Michelin Cups part worn which are free to a good home. We are moving house and I have already 2 other sets of wheels and track tyres to get through.

Ooh me please!!! I have cups on the rear of my CS wheels and a spare set but A048s on the front so I'd then have a matched set and a spare set!

Thought I'd give this a quick go before I place an order with opc. I'm after something really cheap and incidental, but it's driving me mad not having one. I need a bonnet badge grommet if any one has one? Happily pay P&P if anyone has one laying around Cheers

Looks like noone has really been using this as of late but thought id put it out there....

I have a working headlight mechanism for 944, bought it but my own was fine

Lower Cam belt outside section of cover

the textured cover part of the headlights both drivers and passengers, non s2

pass side non s2 headlight

standard front springs for 2.7

6x4 speakers

spare late 90s cd head unit

Im after the cable that attachs the motor to the release mechanism in the boot

or

Bonnet struts that'll hold the bonnet up!

I would love to see people using this as I felt it was a good idea.
Nice one Colin,,,

A great idea and must have a look in my garage,,

I know I have a machine polisher that I used once or twice

Might have some og indicators that I swapped for clear ones on my red s2

Must have a proper look,,

Zzcapgo is having my old/newish exhaust,,,

Few things I have that might be of use to someone:

Tension bar for alterator, brand new never used

Massive handbrake shoes brand new

Small brake shoes brand new

( I was told there is only two sizes when ordering them, first was too small, second too big)

Used but working crank sensor
