Excellent advert, good precise and clear, is there any chance you could get the belts done? as this would make it a no brainier for a potential buyer, having been changed in April 08 they are now due a change.
You may have already taken this into account with your price, I just a thought mate.

You won't regret it....
you might.....
They are quite different to drive, and of course the performance is great fun... but I preferred my 924S as a road car for most journeys, although the turbo was a better long distance cruiser. The 924S was a lighter, nimbler car to steer, with more feel.
I haven't driven an early turbo - maybe they have a slightly different feel to the late offset models?

The early turbos do feel quite different from the later ones - less lag with the smaller turbo of course but they also feel much more nimble and "alive" being somewhat lighter and less weighed down by later "improvements". I love my current car as its so bloomin fast but still really miss my 220 car.

Andy - I had contemplated doing the belts and I may still do them but thought no harm getting the ad out and will see how it all unfolds.
Elliot - You serious? Thought you wanted to live with it for a summer first!

This post is the result of inevitability, I've read several of your posts over the last 3 months or so and my only surprise is that you held out this long. Good luck in selling and procuring your next '44!
You got me sussed [
To be honest, work mostly has stopped me finding the time to get sorted, but looking forward to my third chapter of 944 ownership - when I get there [8D]

Enjoy the search, and if you find a nice 220 it will be fun. But...you'll only end up wanting a 250. With more power, bigger brakes, uprated suspension and bridge spoiler (on the later ones) it's the irresistible move to the top of the 944 tree. So don't muck about. Go directly to the best and latest 250 you can find, and then get busy with a few cheap mods. And don't stop spending until your bhp figure starts with at least a 3!
