Interior courtesy light.

May seem like a dumb question but how do I change the interior courtesy light (you know, the one that comes on when the door opens). I've tried to get the plastic front off, but I'm worried that if I pull much harder I'll break something - I have looked in the manual but can't see anything. Thx for any help.
