Interchangeable Parts- Porsche 356b t5

Hi, just a few questions;
1) Is there a register of parts on here that after interchangeable with say VW like the jack for example and thus avoiding( Porsche Tax).
2) My car is running on 175x65x15 tyres.Is it better to run on the original sizes?
3) Are the any 356's that have replaced the carbs with an injection system.

David, why do you want to change the 356B to fuel injection?

There are members comments there. their comments say that it is very expensive to do and most of the people that tried it say that it does not look 'right'. Why do you need to change from the Carburettors?

Regarding the 175x15 tyres, Your speedo will be fast, as the tyre diameter may be smaller than standard 165x15 x70% profile tyres. Otherwise they are OK and might give better grip. I think the main thing about using that size or something similar is that there are a larger number of tyres available and the price may be lower than the rareish 156x15 originals

Thanks for the responses as always.
I was looking at injection systems to save having to adjust the cards regularly so as to keep the engine running efficiently plus its a more economical system and gives a modicum of increase in power.

Porsche Tax is the premium you pay for the name as with any top end manufacturer.
