Ok Playmates - time to go again!
Here for your consideration is something a little bit different certainly alternative and probably just about as far as we can all possibly get from Lotherton Hall.
Not that there is anything wrong with the Lotherton Hall Porsche event and a big appreciative hats off and round of applause to everyone who puts the time and effort in to make it work - it's just that .....erm ..... if you are like me you may prefer to do something else.
So for Peak Streak #26/4 the plan is to pay a visit to Buxton Raceway and watch some seat of the pants live competition action as just like us another group of equally dedicated car enthusiasts enjoy their motors to the max - in the best way they know how!

Sunday 9th August
09:30 hrs
Meet @ THE WOODMAN BAR AND BRASSERIE TANKERSLEY MANOR CHURCH LANE TANKERSLEY BARNSLEY S75 3DQ - we will have a quick coffee and discuss a route to the circuit (should you need any fuel the Shell filling station is just a little further along the road from the bar).
Drive to a convenient lunch stop near the circuit.
Drive to the event - gates open at 12:30 hrs.
Watch the racing.
Drive home - those who wish are welcome to join me for supper at a convenient hostelry on route.
N.b. Maximum number of cars on this run is 5. No maps / route guides / instructions will be provided. Bring some cash as the internet does not always work at the venue.
