Ed, I will be making a new set of PC windows this Spring (or maybe sooner). If youd like me to cut you a set then let me know. In the past Ive used 4mm polycarbonate and used them unformed. The rears fit easily as-cut and even the dearest Margard coated PC still spoils very quickly when lifted and lowed a few times, so theyre best fixed in place for which flat sheet is perfectly adequate.

Hi Simon, I'll take a set of rears to replace my glass ones please. Was thinking of making my own but always easier if someone else has done it before.
Took the polycarbonate fronts out as I do need them to open and they are unformed so if you open them whilst driving it takes two hands to get them closed - oops!
