In this poll (unashamedly nicked from the 944 section [;)]) click the box that shows the nearest mileage to what your 924 has reached.

It doesn' t matter if the engine has been rebuilt or replaced.

My Y registration 2.0 (non turbo) is currently on 167,500 on it' s original engine, and it' s running better than ever [:)]

If you have more than one 924 you can vote twice!

This little bit of information helps me a lot in deciding if a 924 "high-miler" will give me problems in the first couple of "poor years" when I've found my "perfect" 924 and I'm paying off the car loan and saving for decent tyres and definitely don't want any engine trouble, so if you haven't entered your mileage yet, please do! (Then I have to divide by five, multiply by eight, and drop the final zero to get Swedish "miles" -- one Swedish mile is ten kilometers).

It seems to be common wisdom that 924 non-turbo engines -- if serviced properly during their lifetimes -- should last almost literally forever. Is that the case with yours?
