Hesitation at 3500rpm 991 3.4 2013

Hi, has anyone had trouble with hesitation at 3500rpm during acceleration in third gear or above ?
It is less noticeable when the oil gets up to temperature after about 15 minutes of driving.
Coil packs and cam senser have been replaced but the problem is still there.
Please let me know if you have had this problem.
