Help needed with vintage vehicles .....

Hi Guys,

No quite Porsche related but Ive been scratching my head with this one........Im on the commitee of the 'Bothwell Scarecrow Festival' taking place this September and I need to arrange a compliment of vintage vehicles for the display either car or commercial .... does anyone have connections within any clubs or groups that I can speak to for help on this ?

there's a guy in Bishpbriggs with a Model T I see driving about occassionally (really) some of the other Bishopbriggs guys may know how to get in touch wih him

Try pistonheads as well

if it's really vintage (and not just classic) you're after, try speaking to the organisers of the Scone show:

and the organisers of the Glamis extravaganza:

People travel from all over Scotland to these events, and so there are bound to be some owners that are local(ish) to you.

And I assume you mean 'complement'.

I have the 2013 SVVF book which shows all the contact details and car shows on in Scotland for the year. I also have last years book giving the organizer of each club and makes if you want it you are welcome to it .

Hi guys , thanks again for your input - every bit helps . Ive been in touch with the SVVF and have now got underway with a few different people - so we seem to be off and running !
