Welcome Back

Sounds like a air leak from the hissing sound. The squeal not sure. Roller/pulley on the belt?

Cool šŸ˜Ž thanks for your reply, I discovered the drive belt tensioner is the culprit so have replaced it, also discovered a crack in the PCV valve pipe, so taped it up temporarily, she’s running smooth as silk!

I am fascinated by the sound of the engine. I am also planning to buy this model. Does this model have any disadvantages?

Hi I went for this as tax is a lot cheaper, fuel consumption is better, Ulez compliant, apparently this engine is used in the VW Golf VR6, 0-60 obviously isn’t a quick as the larger models, btw the squeak has been fixed, I’ll post another, but, squeak free video asap.
