Headlights for 1989 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Targa Sport

As my original lights on my 1989 Porsche 911 do not give the best driving experience at night - am looking to install a set from Design911 - the LED, H4 with chrome surround.
Has anyone got an experience they can share on the potential change?

I would just go with LED bulbs if you headlights are all good, you will loose the level function with those headlights
 
LED light bulbs a whole load cheaper than a new set of lights.
Really appreciate the advice and would never have checked out the levelling system.
