My new Cayman S is generally going very well you'll be glad to hear, in fact the suspension is softening up nicely so I'm glad I didn't bother with the troublesome PASM. Handles like a dream.

However, there is one small fly in the ointment. The driver's side headlamp washer doesn't appear to be working at full pressure. Not sure if it's been like this from new as it isn't the sort of thing you check very often!

I noticed when driving back from Devon at Christmas that the passenger side washer was throwing a jet of water back over the headlamp and wing, but the driver's side wasn't. On closer inspection I discovered that the little silver nozzle is rising up as it should do, but only a trickle of water is coming out. Does anyone have any suggestions for anything obvious that I should check, before taking it back to my OPC?

Also, the washer tank had initially completely frozen solid which I was surprised about, isn't there supposed to be some sort of anti-freeze in the water tank? Or is that just the radiators?

Of course, you might think the two issues are related, but by the time the tank had thawed out the windscreen washers and the passenger side headlamp washer worked fine, just not the driver's side headlamp washer.

Not the end of the world, but irritating just the same.

Thanks,
Richard.
