Group Zymoling etc..

Jeff Forsyth

New member
(Yes, this at first sounds tacky-but is very practical in terms of time and effort) In the past friends of mine have all got together to Zymol etc their cars as a group. Having 2-3 guys doing a car is a hell of a lot quicker as long as the pre-reqs are discussed first. Any offers. I'm not getting lazy

sincerely

Jeff

I'm not getting lazy

Humph ! So you say !

Funnily enough, I have always enjoyed polishing by myself, it allows my mind to completely wander for an hour or two.

Having said that, nobody has ever offered to do it with/for me.

Believe it or not my wife will give me a hand. (usaully after I have been "busy" for a couple of hours)

My wife has a habit of saying 'your car, you clean it' along with 'our car' when she wants to go somewhere.

Then she checks that the interior is clean enough for her requirements.

Jeff,

Looks like you might be in danger of getting a bit more than you bargained for here!
Seriously though - what's involved?

Chris, I appreciate the humour -
It a quicker way of preparing the car - 3 to 4 people is the max number per car (Full Zymol treatment) though others can come and gloat

We obviously need somebody with a big drive/parking space who is willing & selection of drinks and sense of humour

-2 wash (autobathe)
-1 sprays down and towels (no hot shower action here)
- Lem Clay (to remove oxidation) shower and dry
-prewax
-wax

Then spilt final detailing of outside rubber, wipers, tyres & zymol wheels & engine bay

and hover internal, treat leather and vinyl inner parts

Then sit back and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah : never knew they could look so good[:D]

Jeff

P.S: This took me 3.5 hrs alone and the interior didn't ge a look in
