Gridserve charging issues

Have tried to recharge my car with Gridserve, however, the machine stops working, and says, there is an 'Isolation fault, an unsafe situation was prevented.' Car has been checked twice by the OPC, no faults were found. The car charges with other sites with no problem. Any ideas !
