Its bl--dy fantastic, immaculate, full Porsche and specialist service history, leather interior, its been well loved and so it will continue, its been a long day but I shall sleep content tonight [:D]

Will miss my Lux though [:(] however it now belongs to a friend of mine 3 mile down the road and I will visit her regularly [;)]
 
At the moment no more than coloured centre caps and perhaps a clubsport wheel, not keen on the one fitted! Also might see about 16" cups instead of the design 90's, much cleaner line and easier to keep clean!!
 
how much do you want for the one thats in it? whats a club sport wheel??

Only a 1000 miles by the previous owner in a year after buying it - what was he thinking? [&:]

Are you sure that wheel is a club sport?? I meant the new type, it that an old style one? I don't really like it, feels a bit to big IMHO and the big crest in the centre is a bit to bling [&:]

plenty of folk on here been advertising for design 90 wheels if you want to sell ot trade yours. Someone was offering a trade on some Cup2's I think last week.

(questionable tactic for keeping it clean aside... although I guess he didn't do too many miles so wouldn't have scoured it with too much dirt)

Do NOT replace the D90's with 16" Cups ~ that wheel was outlawed by the good taste police back in the early 00's. 17" Cup1 is gorgeous, 17" Cup 2 is very nice, but the 16" Cup proportions are just wrong diddly wrong wrong [&:] .

For a subtley chunkier look (which I felt the S2 needed) I fitted 7mm front shims and 15mm rear spacers to ours. Total cost approx £100. No adverse effects on handling or steering, and it beefed the looks up nicely IMHO by filling the arches in the way the wider Tutbo D90s do.

That is a hell of a long way to go! I live in Brighton and had I have known I'd have given you an escort out of town and on your way back North.

Looks like a cracking car though - well done.
 
Thanks for all the comments lads, just got back from a weekend in Scotland and she went really well, the performance is flippin great, feels like she will pull for ever. Came back steady, unbelievable amount of snow, now shes all dirty [:(]!!

Good advice about the shims and spacers Mik! The wheels are in excellent condition so think I'll keep them for the time being and see about filling the arches a little.

Already ordered some coloured wheel centres, should improve the look of the wheels as well[:D]
