Glovebox lock barrel fell out..how do i fix it?

I don't know if this is fixable - the lock barrel and the outer plastic knob fell out, and I can't see how it all fixes back together securely. There's also a small spring that came out.

It may be that it was broken on the car when i bought it & just needs the whole lock replacing, but I would expect there is some procedure to swap lock barrels over

Sounds like the car is going into auto weight saving mode for the track. [][]

Ha! Exactly the same happened to mine (s2) last week.

It's sitting on a shelf in the garage at the moment.....

It's cause it's June.Our cars are set at the factory to shed small parts in order to save weight if you are not driving them fast enough in June. Clever people these Germans !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![][][][:-][:-]
