Porscheshop Frontrunner event Saturday 8th October

This years Frontrunner event differs from previous one in that it is being held at Porscheshop's premises at Halesowen.
The format is simple. It is a meeting with technical advice for front engine Porsche cars. There will be special offers, free vehicle checks and advice on maintaining these cars. We also expect a representative from the insurance industry to be on hand for those question that arise about this important aspect of ownership.
This is a no cost event and you are welcome to bring any Porsche related items that you wish to sell from your car. If you wish to do this there is just one rule, it must be from a Porsche Car, no vans, white or otherwise.
There will be a fast food outlet on hand to take care of the inner man, or woman.
You might like to look at the Porscheshop website www.porscheshop.com
The event starts at 11am and the address is Unit 4 Shenstone Trading Estate, Bromsgrove Road, Halesowen, West Midlands. B63 3XB

Just checked out Porscheshop's address as I thought I might attend Event. It's 300 miles SOUTH for me and I'm not in North Scotland!

Alan.

Its only 50ish miles from Cornbury House, so hardly north! But I appreciate the thought.

The last northern meet (ie I had to go north from Leicester) was the Dyon Day on the Wrrial about 3 years ago.

Yes would not exactly count Halesowen as "The North" but its a step in the right direction and am looking forward to it. [:)]

Sit's back and smiles smuggly, in that Southern style, at annoying the true Northerners by suggesting Birmingham is near the Arctic Circle.......[:D][:D][:D]

Jon, I think you'll find that if you get on the motorway from your new home Birmingham is signposted "The North", as is everything except Cornwall. [;)]

Another Fred running on this event - see:-

Hoping to make this but not 100% sure yet. We need to organise a few mini convoys if there are a few of us

Unfortunately I am having to move out of my temporary accomodation in West Sussex this weekend so my plans to attend have been thwarted [&:]

Hi Jim, yes that was my point started with Carlisle cos I couldn't remember exactly where you are, then thought I would try the other side of the border! we are good thanks hope all is good with yours too :)

Birmingham 50 miles North of London,

Blimey, it must be sliding downhill towards us at some rate! When I lived in Rickmansworth we were 20 miles from the centre of London and about 90 miles from Birmingham, and we were right on the M40. [8|]
