For the enthusiast amongst you.

Erm ... not quite sure what to say. It looks like a rough example of a 924 turbo, with an uninformative ad and terrible photos, at a slightly optimistic price.

Best of luck to the chap selling it and all that, but I won't be beating a path to his door (as his advert suggests he may be expecting!)

Could be worth 4K if restored to a reasonable level, would probably take at least 3K to restore though and maybe a lot more.

Really?

Interesting. Have to say, I know just about nothing about 924 turbo's. They seem very rare (have only seen one for definite in the tin, and that was at a RR day) and no-one seems to rave about them.

Parts prices for that 'Barn Find' one, plus the cost of bodywork, will make it a very expensive project I fear.

Supposed to be a barn find not found driven through a barn!!

This is more the ticket http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200826594813?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2648#ht_500wt_922

Or you could try to tempt me to sell mine, alas I am still too smitten with it!! [:)]

A bit of an odd one - must have spent ££ but - those hideous seats!!

Genuine intercoolers are very rare

Shame there's no engine pics

I actually prefer the standard 924 turbo shape to the CGT - I'm sure I am in a minority

The wheels , the intercooler , the series 2 turbo set up it has to have a parts value if nothing else. I have to say that if the bodywork has been done well I quite like it. Mind you , if he's the one who has done the conversion then he'll be asking more than it will go for as we all know how you do your money on such a project. I'll wager the reserve is too high.
