Hey all what sort of screws do I need to replace my fogs as they are rusted to hell and the heads are naffed

I 'think' they are M4 (although it would be worth double checking).
Measure the length (probably around 60mm).

Then buy something like this!

or if you want to keep the inferior phillips head

For this moment in time I've had to leave them as I can't get the screws out they are that bad any tricks on removing duff rusty screws??

From memory the originals are M3.

But the full answer is to drill off the heads using much larger drill bit and then grab the remainder of the screw in mole grips to get it out. Be careful as the plastic of the housing is often less robust than the rusty screw! I ended up removing the housing from the bumper, drilling out the screw from the rear (as it is much easier to centre the drill on a flat surface) and then cutting a new thread using an M4 tap. Stainless steel capheads are the way to go when you have got that far.

A nasty, messy and thoroughly frustrating job.
