Flywheel for a 951

Yes Steve - sticking with this one for now. It's cost so much it would be too painful to take the hit on the sale price.

If the 3.2 was in really top condition and ready to go, pumping out a reliable 400 bhp or so and around 500 torques, then maybe. But that particular car is a little away from where I'd want it to be in terms of condition, and I couldn't face going through all that again. Don't get me wrong, that 3.2 could be lovely, but I needed to fall in love with it on the test drive, and I didn't.

I have 2 Dansk back boxes here and both have a 1/4 inch smaller pipe than the stock Turbo, don't know if it was early ones or not. Not impressed with the quality either of them compared to an OEM one. Whats up with your box Ewan, is it just the tip thats rotten?

They really look cheap and nasty compared to the OEM ones. I don't know if Porsche still supply new tips or not. They used to at about £15!
EDIT Looks like only the chrome tip is available 477 253 191 F

Ewan's box is rusting out, the hangers have rusted off, looks like it could be the original one.

Flywheel has literally just turned up, good news is it is early by two business days (Well done Porsche Centre Exeter!!), bad news is it has had an incident in transit to the clutch location lip (Not so well done courier!!)
