Is there some secret formula to getting rid of fly poo?
My car is white with a lovely deep shine but the flys just love it too!!!
How do you easily get rid of their little messages without having to resort to your thum nail?
The sponge won't touch it but anything else is too aggressive?

I've just spent hours cleaning their must be an easier way?

Cheers

Keep your clay bar clean and use Duraglit or Silvo - just the lightest of pressure and then discard wadding!

Soak kitchen towels in water, press onto poo, leave for a while (re-wet?? them if its hot) and it softens it.

Hot micro cloth, press and leave, try not 2 rub or wipe as u could scratch

Clay bar after that if it's still bad

Thanks for this I was getting really fed up yesterday trying to get the car back to white!

I'll look into getting some clay maybe at some point but the kitchen towel route seems pretty easy!

Thanks

Fly poo is little black spots, and dosn't come off with soap and water and normal sponging!
Their normally round and 1 or 2mm in diameter and they love white cars!

You could think it was tar or general black from the road but it can be in the door jams and middle of the roof etc...

My car lives outside in the summer (not that there's been one this year?) but as we're in the wilds of Brecon surrounded by sheep and cows there are loads of flying things that make pigeons look like beginners, on their aiming abilities!!

Cheers

Tim
