Following on from an earlier thread about the use of thermal imagers and pyrometers on track days I finally pulled some of the saved images from my FLIR TG165 which I thought I'd post here just in case anyone was interested.

Most of these are a bit pointless, but they're fun to look at. There are various wheel and tyre combinations on my 987.1S here.

That would explain why I had smoke coming from the back of my Cayman last time I went to Blyton. It didn't take long to realise that it was the brakes and not the engine, but a bit scary when I first noticed. A cool-down on the long road to the site entrance soon sorted that.
