Flat Batt. Doh!

The battery is toatally dead so i might as well by a new one. The recommeded ampage is 63. Anyone know of any different ampage thats better? Also reading the manual it says (S2 only) when conecting a new battery to let the car idle for approx 10 mins to let the ECU restore all the engine data that gets erased when disconected. Never new that ah!
 
I bought a high power Halfords own brand battery earlier this year. It comes with a four year gurantee. Check it out.

I know you battery is probably already toast, but I bought a Halfords charger / conditioner for £30 - cheaper than replacing the battery and seems to work a treat.
 
The funny thing is that it started yesterday! After a week of being flat then today it struggled, when started the volt meter always shows correct volyage as in manual. Maybe the battery froze the other night when it was in the minus?
