Fitting rear wheel bearings to 84 Lux

In a couple of weeks time, I will be attempting to do the rear wheel bearings on my 84 Lux and as this is the first time I've attempted it, I thought I would ask a few questions to get some clarity and also see if there are any tips that you kind folk can offer.

The clarks guide says I need a bearing puller but it doesn't say what size I will need?
Do the bearing kits come with everything you need?
What on earth is a seal puller and do I need one?
There have been comments on putting the bearings into the freezer is this necessary on my car?
If nuts are stiff a mechanic friend suggests applying brake fluid overnight to free them up? Is this normal?
Whilst I am in there is there anything else I should do?

Any tips, other than getting someone else to do it as I can afford to pay for the work but I quite fancy doing it myself - famous last words [&:]

Cheers
Spence

Easy on the early cars which have two bearings held in with clips, with a spacer between, biggest problem is getting off the center nut. If you can get hold of a ¾ drive socket and bar or use a scaffold pole! You should be able to remove oil seal with a screw driver and carefully drift out bearings with a punch. Insert new bearings using the old bearing as a drift Most kits come with all you need apart from grease

yeah this is really easy. Quite satisfying because with a little time and care you'll save yourself loads of cash. One of the bigist problems I had was to get the left hand drive shaft out of the way with the exhaust still on. We had to drop the rear box off it's rubber fittings and do a little bit of pushing and shoving.
