First track day completed!

Whaaoh Tim! great pics and the car looks fine. Seems to sit low, is it lowered? What are general facilities like at Snetterton now, are the pits still a tip? I'm running Khumos too, I imagine they fair just the same as most road tyres on a track for wear although I've found them to be pretty sticky for a road tyre so maybe you'll need some new ones.

Hi Pete,

My car is lowered slightly, 25.5 front, 24.5 rear (from memory). Facilities at Snetterton seem fine now, when were you last there?

The Kuhmos did suffer, but no worse than anyone elses tyres from what I could see. They did thier job well though, I had an experienced race driver following me for a lap or two and he said that my car had excellent traction out of the bends - nice to know!

Cheers,

Tim.

Those pictures are following me around today[:D]
It is a very nice looking car, but even better to see it being driven as it was meant to.
Whats next?

It's ten years since my last visit to Snetterton, glad to hear things have improved, also good to hear the Khumos hang on well in trackday conditions.

Hi Brian,

Honestly no incidents, I was taking it easy as it was my first time!!

Might be at the autojumble, prolly will if it's a nice day.

Cheers,

Tim.
