Filling the wheel arches nicely

The gap between the tyres and the wheel arches really lets the Cayman S down (if you've got standard suspension and stock 18" wheels like I have). I've seen other Caymans and Boxsters and many of them have a very small gap. My gap just looks too ungainly and I have to do something about it.

So, what options do I have? Would 19" wheels help, for example?
