Feely Bag Night - Monthly Meeting 19th November

Hi All

Just a reminder that the next PCGB Monthly meeting is on Wednesday 19th November at Garstang Golf Club, when we will be holding our annual Feely Bag Night, startinga t 20.00 houyrs. Sandwiches are provided at about 21.15 hours, although bar snacks are avaialble prior to the meeting should you require something sooner.

For those that have not been to this previously, artefacts are concealed in sealed black plastic bags, and teams have to guess what they are. Judy and Dean are organising this, and since Dean is an antique dealer and Judy has a medical background you can imagine some interesting articles are brought along. Very occasionally a car part may creep in.

As you may also know we have a raffle each Christmas for a mega hamper, with proceeds going to regional funds. Items for the hamper are donated by members to make this success.

If you would like to donate something please bring it along to Novembers club night, or telephone Sue & Mac MacLeod on 01253 592755 and arrange to get it to them. Cash donations are also acceptable so the Sue can purchase suitable items. These are most appreciated.

Tickets will be on sale at November and December Club nights and the draw will take place at the pre-Christmas lunch at Garstang Golf Club on 21st December, as some items may be perishable.

We have just been printing off the tickets for the Christmas Draw which hopefully will be as good as in previous years with the help of our members.
We are not looking for expensive items just things you would like to see in a Festive Hamper. Mind you feel free to buy expensive items if you like[:)].

Sorry David can't make it tonight -it was a toss up between the England v Germany friendly and the Feely Bag night.
Fabio's team won I'm afraid.
Hope you all have fun though.
 
After the third month in a row i've now worked out its this wednesday..so i'll be there![:D]
