Ok well some might have remembered I called the factory before X mass.. to ask about the colours of my car and can they help..

The guy was great he took my details and was going to send me a sample card and all was sounding very helpful and er.....to easy..

anyway 6 weeks have past and nothing so I called again ( ever persistant.. ) and I was told the guy dealing with it was out the office and he could see my file... ( I have a file !! [8|] )

I called again pushing abit now last week.... look I have to have something from you ...you keep saying your doing something and so far I have had nothing but empty help!! if you can't help please just say so? My file is there and nothing again...

I will call on Monday and after that ... got to say stuff them the car will be painted in Vauxhall Astra Dragon Green and I have to say the Factory have been utter useless.. and NO they can't borrow the car in the future if they want to ......

not sure what they think they are doing by taking all my details saying how much they can help and then do nothing...

Bummer. There was I being all cynical, but then you reported on the apparent prompt factory response. Then we thought the CoC was perhaps kicking in. Now I'm back to being cynical again.

Well I have called again today and the guy that deals with it is yet again missing from his office..

I have explained that I am now nr 3 months and today no reply !!! not sounding too good is it.

She was very nice and said no that is too long I will pass on your tel number for him to call you..

I will call again later today and if again I get no where... sorry I am going to stur things up ...... letter in the post telling them how rubbish they have been and the help they offered is both, fruitless and pittyful. Something they said they were going to help...

If I took details of some one with my company and then said ok I will call you and then each month goes by the customer calls you say I am going to call you back let me have your number and then another month and same again.. and again... the customer would just walk off!!!!! I have paid my porsche fee for the details of the car!!! So I am a customer ( paying one!! )

getting very angry about this now... this is a letter I am going to write to Porsche 911 world about the lack of " SO CALLED " support from Porsche classic..

I see they have a stand at the Paris classic car show this week I really wish I was going because I would have some thing to say to them for sure!! looking into Le Shuttle tickets as we speak!!

Still no responce? will call in the morning.. and then I am going to lose it, if they mess me around again.. I just don't understand it.. oh well better get the paint charts out to find a NON Porsche colour I like and paint it that then..

I have seen a nice VW colour
