I’ll pop Vanessa into the Frunk and smuggle her in then

I am very sorry to be the bearer of this disappointing news, it is very unprofessional of Castle Howard and a pure case of greed, we are not allowed to purchase a second exhibitor ticket, they require purchase of a full price entry ticket of which they can't even tell us the cost.nigelmoorhouse said:I’ll pop Vanessa into the Frunk and smuggle her in then![]()
As i mistakenly paid for 2 exhibitors tickets (not following Peters Jndtructions properly

I just used the original link and there is no drop-down menu for visitors (only exhibitors ) even though on their web page they give a price of £10.50 advance and on the day £12.00. Looked at the Castle Howard website for general entry and only listed advance tickets for sale up to 31st March.

You should have had them straight away Brian, I did pose the question to Matthew about just buying a second exhibitors ticket, he would be happy to do that but Castle Howard are not.brianclark said:As i mistakenly paid for 2 exhibitors tickets (not following Peters Jndtructions properly) what will happen when we turn up in one car with the 2 Exhibitors Tickets? or do we need to turn up in both the Targa & Panamera?

I feel very disappointed by this situation, the event organisers are at the mercy of Castle Howard and by connection, so are we. The fact they have come up with these changes to procedure but cannot tell us to what cost is disgraceful.
Hi Chris, yes, it is shambolic at best. I am sorry to have subjected so many members to a farcical situation at Castle Howard.pingman21 said:I just used the original link and there is no drop-down menu for visitors (only exhibitors ) even though on their web page they give a price of £10.50 advance and on the day £12.00. Thanks Peter, the situation isn't your fault. I tried to buy a ticket for my 14yr old son who wants to come but you can't but a ticket for a child visitor on their own in advance so you'd have to buy and adult and a child ticket in addition to the display ticket I've already paid for ...which is not great.
Sadly, as far as I can tell, Castle Howard are still to announce the ticket prices for June. Quite frankly I am disgusted with the management for this atrocious behaviour, they are driven by profit rather than customer care. I will have to give them a call.PeaksPorsche said:Thanks Peter, the situation isn't your fault.
