If you are looking for events to take your car to following the hiatus of covid, the Fathers Day event at Castle Howard might be of interest.

Offering a spectacular day of motoring heritage ideal for enthusiasts, families and day trippers, this event will feature an exciting display of vintage, classic and modern classic vehicles. Add to this classic motorcycles, trade and autojumble stalls, modern car dealership stands, quality food, drink, ice cream and responsible bars – what’s not to like?

The event will also feature a full vehicle concours and awards ceremony overseen by leading commentator Richard Lee who is well known across the northern classic vehicle scene. Awards will be presented for a range of vehicle age groups and will culminate in the Club of the Show, Pride of Ownership and Car of the Show awards.

The cost is £5 per car with up to two adults, we would be allowed a club area situated together providing we pre-book to ensure the organisers have the right space allocation.

If you are interested, please respond as soon as possible.

Hello Rob, £5 pay on entrance.

Best regards, Pete

Nightmare! My car is at Leeds OPC and likely won't be back for three weeks as they have a full diary of servicing and repairs to do! (I broke down with a fuel feed issue yet to be diagnosed) so looks like I won't be able to make it which is a great shame. [:(]

That's terrible Nick and with JCT600's policy of no courtesy cars you can't come in that ?? Thanks for letting us know and hope to see you back on the road soon.

Pete
