i saw that u used the chrome spray from frost

do u think it would paint black horngrilles????

just i would get them plated but there plastic :(

I will give it a go. I have some pitted chrome grills and some horrible black plastic grills, let' s see what happens tomorrow.
 
I sanded one grill and sprayed it (top left). The effect is not bad, but not good enough for a Porsche

Nick, is there a glut of black-rimmed lenses out there ?!!

I redid the rims of my euro rear lenses a couple of years ago by spraying them with ' cheapo' silver aerosol paint - they looked fine but I eventually replaced them with new lenses (from Lenz-Trend) & sold the old ones on ebay for more than I paid for the new ones (& I was honest in stating that the rims had been painted)!

The 67S came with incorrect LWB front wings, horn grills and black lenses. The 70E came with US orange lenses, so I will put the ones off the S onto the E [:)]

Sorry but I have decided not to sell the wings. I know that as soon as I do I will need them for a project. I will keep an eye and ear out for more.
