Hi there,

I'm thinking of buying a 2000 996 which needs a new front bumper lights and wings (accident damage) - to upgrade to a 2002 facelift, is simply a matter of bolting on the new wings/bumper/lights, etc.

Also can anybody recommend an independant body work company that won't charge the earth (in the london area)?

Any advise or ideas greatly appreciated.

I think that yes, basically they all should bolt on, there maybe a little tweeking but from what I've heard all the panels will go straight on.

P.S as an addition, theres a set of facelift lights on ebay at the moment.
 
Thanks for the replies - I've noticed the lights on e-bay, might have a go.
I thought about a 997 conversion, might be trying a bit to hard to be something its not, IMHO, though I do like the look of the single round headlights.
