Exhaust options for 2L

Hi, I am struggling to find exhaust options for my 2l 924. I need to replace the middle and rear sections the downpipe is sound. The only options I can see on the euro car parts website is for the 2.5 I know there are differences in the rear mounts between the 2l and 2.5 other than that would it fit? Does anyone have any ideas or feedback especially on the Dansk back boxes before I spend money on something unsuitable

No, I'd not fit a bigger bore like the 2.5 has, it will affect the performance (Make it worst)

Standard replacements are available from suppliers on ebay with a bit of searching. Users of Dansk systems find them noisy over long distance with variable build quality.
 
I have a brand new ANSA centre silencer I never used for our 924Lux because we sold the car before needing to fit it & also a secondhand complete centre/pipe/back box with extra support gussets welded to back box /pipe in good condition
Ive got pegs & ref nos if you are interested -pm me -can't send them now as using iPad & details are on laptop
 
I had a stainless steel system installed by TW Tyre in Rugby . Excellent system which they customized to my requirements . They can be found at Pains Road Rugby
 
Thanks for the help, I found a middle section from eurocar parts and have gone with a second hand stainless rear section found on eBay its a dansk but at £60 I will give it a go and looks like it's never been fitted, if it fails or is too loud I haven't wasted too much money
 
I went for a Dansk unit which needed a bit of extra metalwork to fit the original mounting points which I fabricated myself (with no cutting anywhere on the pipe), I was very proud of my handiwork.

I'm happy to go into more detail if required :)
 
Cheers Paul, I am spending 2moro morning with the car and a four post lift at my mates garage fingers crossed we (he ) can work it out! My 924 is pictured in the buyers guide in Porsche Post this month (red one)
