Engine decarbonising

Hi Tony I also watched wheeler dealers last night and saw the decarbonising machine. I mentioned this to my son ( mechanic) as I thought it may have been of interest especially as it was stated as being brand new. He informed me that it's not that new and that it was probably the FORTE product which has been demonstrated to him before. He's not that convinced as he believes the product works better added to the fuel and driven, it's certainly cheaper than buying the machine. He has used FORTE cleaners on my car a number of times over the years and it certainly cleans them out and greatly reduces immisions and hydro carbons. However I'm not sure if this product can be bought by anyone other than trade, I suspect it may be trade only but stand to be corrected. Pete

[FONT=Verdana"][FONT=verdana, geneva"]I happened to catch Wheeler Dealers episode with a Jaguar XK. They had what seemed an interesting application to decarbonize the engine fuel system that dramatically lowered hydrocarbon emissions, improved perfomance and economy.

Anyone used this technology? Can the application be used on turbo models? Are there any side effects to 20+ year old cars? And where can I get it? http://www.terraclean.net/app_guide/index.php

I like the Forte stuff, it is very good but not cheap. Works very well with the added to the fuel. Put some in the VW T4 I bought and made a huge difference. Alasdair
