Do you find that listening to particular songs makes you inclined to drive more quickly?
Ive been listening to a couple of old and half-forgotten CDs in my car recently and Ive noticed that one song in particular always makes me speed up on the motorway.
The track in question is 'New Dawn Fades' by Joy Division. For those who arent familiar its on the 'Unknown Pleasures' album and might be familiar from Heat, as the music played as Al Pacino chases Robert DeNiro on the freeway, or more recently the same Moby cover is being used on the BMW ads on the television.
So: am Ialone or do certain track affect other people in a similar way? Anyone who states that 'In the Air Tonight' makes them put their foot down needs to be quiet and roll down their jacket sleeves, but they can borrow my Miami Vice series one DVD! [
