Drivers card warning

Had the drivers card battery warning come up on the dash ( the sim like yellow one as in the pic attached). I've changed the batteries in both cards and turned them back on - all looks well the red LED on the cards is flashing about every 3 sec as it should, but the card warning error hasn't cleared.
Has anyone experienced this. I've never had the PVTS active, don't know if the previous owner did. Some forums seem to suggest I got to contact a security centre but I can't find any such contact details in the manual.

thanks in advance Neil

After having this problem a couple of times I telephoned Vodaphone Telmatics here is a link to their web site with phone numbers etc. https://www.vodafone.com/business/iot/automotive-uk
They wanted proof of ownership, photo of V5 etc and then said they would fix the issue remotely. I was a bit dubious and they never actually sorted the problem, I should have chased them but there’s only so much time I am willing to spend doing that so I just stuck another battery in the drivers card which lives in the glove box. I assume the problem should have been fixed by the previous owner getting it disabled when he traded in the car. I don’t have any didital services from Porsche so the tracker is not active. I might well chase it again next time the battery in the drivers card goes flat!

Thanks for the contact number, vodafone were very helpful, but said the previous owner had had it removed from the system. So I'm now at a loss as how to clear the error.

I have spent a bit of time searching various Porsche forums about this issue and it seems to be a bit of an issue with quite a few cars when a previous owner had the tracker enabled. I did raise the problem with my local dealer but they weren’t able to sort it. For now I’m just replacing the battery each time the warning comes up. It’s irritating but I guess not a big problem.
I only have one drivers card but if replacing the battery in yours doesn’t solve it then I guess you have a slightly different problem.
If I find out any more then I will post on hear, but I am not very hopeful??

Replacing the battery has worked previously, but not this time. Wondering if I got a duff old stock battery, so going to try a second replacement and hope for the best.

I collected my first new Macan from Sheffield OPC in September 2019, didn't sign up for the tracker and kept the fobs with other bits and pieces in the nice Porsche box in a cupboard, everything worked perfectly. Second Macan came in February this year from Stockport, same again no tracking, however, I had some issues with the "My Porsche" app not connecting to the car. It emerged that the dealership had not entered a required "code". Visited dealers (fobs in cupboard at home) for the car to be connected to a laptop and "fixed".... fobs were needed, two replacements furnished by parts dept., coding done. From that point on I got the above error on starting every time! No solution has been forthcoming other than to keep the fobs in the car. My conclusion is that set-up of new cars on delivery is not idiot proof and we, the customers are at the mercy of variable knowledge in OPCs. A poor reflection on training/instructions from Porsche AG, sadly.
