Hi All

Just a reminder, that on Sunday 30th September Ian Perrin has organised a drive and lunch.

Meet at Porsche Centre Kendal for coffee at 10.30am. A scenic drive North follows to lunch somewhere near Penrith.

Hope the weather is good and we get a good turnout.

You'll have to do without the benefit of my electrifying..(and after the recent quiz..supremely intelligent [;)]) company on sunday as i'm here....www.therallyshow.org instead !

have a good day folks [:D]

It won't be the same without you... "Better", someone shouted from the back of the room before passing out in a drunken coma. Luckily the coma was empty or else he could have broken something. [:)]

Cheers,

Rather have a bacon roll![:)]

Cheers,

Do you think there's any low calorie food for a slightly smaller Yorkshire bloke suffering a real jail sentance, sorry diet! Could supply own chicken if needed!

Eating chicken legs the size you brought to Woodvale couldn't be considered part of a calorie controlled diet.[:)]
Are you thinking of having a run out (in the car, not a pair of jogging pants!) Craig? You have been rather quiet on here recently, is lack of food creating a lack of energy or has apathy crept it?

Cheers,

Cheers,

Depends on whether my son is playing rugby on Sunday! No apathy, just been on holiday [:D]and away with work [8|] in the Highlands. Too much work makes a Yorkshire lad very dull!

Good run out Ian. Thank you. The food in the pub was brill, I had the haddock and chips, highly recommended. At least ten cars and not two of the same model (if you forget about Stuart's 968 but it doesn't count 'cos' he met up with the group again at the pub.
Thanks to Roy and Margaret (and daughter whose name I have forgotten, sorry) for their hospitality at Parker & Parker in Kendal (Porsche Centre Kendal as it should be called but it will always be Parker & Parker to me).

Cheers,

Yes a good run Ian Thanks for that and the food at the pub was excellent, did for me havent eaten since, shouldn't have had the starter. It was a great experience watching that little 356 hanging in there on some of those hairy bends it was right behind me for some of the latter part of the trip.Respect for the old car renewed.
The run home was interesting to say the least the traffic on M6 started to snarl up at Lancaster and all but stopped at the University. We managed to creep off at J33 but the A6 was also stationary so we did some detours down some narrow lanes and finally got home about six.Next one is on the 21st October the last chance before the dark nights start.
